Outreach intelligence

Traceable records. Clearer reporting.

Contribution: research, data reconciliation, and workspace design.

We brought fragmented prospect research into one private workspace for source review, contact history, conversations, and campaign reporting. Original records remain traceable; plans stay distinct from confirmed sends.

Source references, deduplication, and preserved history make the data useful without losing where it came from.

A source-to-report workspace.

Preserved evidence

Original workbook records and aliases stay linked to reconciled contacts, so reviewers can inspect the source behind a conclusion.

Reviewable history

Contact history and conversation review give each next step context. Plans remain separate from confirmed activity.

Useful reports

Reports distinguish confirmed sends, delays, failures, automated replies, human replies, and opt-outs.

Reconciliation in numbers.

From reports to a clearer next step.

The audit

The first 100 sent emails mixed a tailored project idea with a broad service catalogue and competing next actions. The review made that lack of focus visible.

The research

A literature review on personalization, concrete language, and listening informed a tighter approach: one verified observation, one concrete opportunity, and one reply question.

The reporting

Campaign reports separate confirmed sends, delays, failures, automated replies, human replies, and opt-outs. Response improvement remains unmeasured; a send is not evidence of delivery or attention.
