Search and AI discovery

Be easier to find. And easier to understand.

Help people find clear, useful answers about your business.

For businesses whose services are difficult to discover or understand through search.

01 / The task

Where work
gets stuck.

Important pages lack useful detail, technical signals conflict, or the team cannot distinguish visibility from actual inquiries.

Start with a real example of the work. We can then decide what needs a better process, a clearer interface or a focused build.

02 / A useful result

What we can deliver

Agree the scope and acceptance checks before implementation. These are possible outputs, shaped around your task.

Content with a purpose

Answer the questions someone asks before they can choose your service.

In the handoff

A review of customer questions, site content and technical signals

Consistent technical signals

Bring page structure, metadata and internal paths into agreement.

In the handoff

Prioritized improvements to pages, metadata and internal paths

A measured view of visibility

Separate implemented changes, search observations and actual inquiries.

In the handoff

A repeatable observation plan with dates and measurement limits

03 / A possible approach

From a vague service description to an answer worth finding.

Illustrative scenario. Scope and results depend on the actual process and systems.

The current friction

  1. A visitor searches for a specific problem
  2. A broad page leaves key questions unanswered
  3. Traffic is treated as proof of demand

A more deliberate path

  1. Map the question to a focused service page
  2. Explain scope, evidence and the next step
  3. Observe discovery and inquiries separately

A focused service page can answer a buyer’s real questions, link to relevant evidence and offer a clear next step.

04 / Working together

Clear decisions.
A usable handoff.

Scope, ownership, external costs and review points are agreed before work begins. A focused assessment can precede a build.

  1. 1. Understand

Your services, audience questions, site access where appropriate and any analytics you choose to share.

A defined task and agreed acceptance criteria
  2. 2. Design and build

Prioritize a small set of useful pages and technical fixes. Improve real answers, source links, metadata and internal navigation, then verify the published implementation.

A focused implementation or testable proposal
  3. 3. Test and hand over

We verify the implemented pages and track defined observations. Indexing, assistant mentions and customer inquiries are separate outcomes.

A prioritized content plan, verified page changes and a dated observation checklist.

We document ownership, operation and recovery. Continuing support or team enablement is agreed separately when needed.

05 / Before we begin

A few useful
questions.

Can you guarantee rankings or AI mentions?

No. Search and assistant systems change, and visibility cannot be guaranteed. We focus on useful content, sound implementation and reproducible observations.

Is AI discovery different from useful search content?

There is overlap: clear descriptions, accessible pages and credible supporting sources help people understand a business. Each system still chooses what it indexes or cites independently.

How will we know what changed?

We record the page changes and observation dates, then track agreed signals separately. A mention, a visit and an inquiry are different events; none alone proves a sale.

The next step
